A new client of mine is a hightail (HT) customer and sent me a series of emails with lots of HT files attached. How can I download the files to my computer easily (i.e. not one at a time)?

I tried to set up an account with Hightail...got to the screen where it says an email has been sent to me and I need to verify my account...email never showed up.

I've spent the last hour trying to get this awful application to work. I can't remember when last I had something as good as YouSendIt disintegrate into a pile of rubbish. I'm cancelling.

HighTail isn't working. If the files get to my clients, they can't open them. But most of the time they don't even arrive. Using another service. Would like my subscription stopped.
